In the foreground of the motif is a staircase with a fountain designed by the architect Jože Plečnik. At the top of the fountain, water flows from a bronze rooster into four stone, terraced troughs. In the background is the Church of St. Cantianus.
The graphic was designed by the academic painter Stanislava Sluga Pudobska in 2019.
