The motif is presenting the Town square. In the foreground is the Town hall, also named Magistrat or Rotovž. It is the headquarters of the Municipality of Ljubljana today. The motif is remarkable because of the red and white coat of arms. Which first appeared on the sceptre made of sliver around 1500.
