The motif is presenting one of four large dragons, the symbol od Ljubljana, which were shaped by the architect Jurij Zaninović from Dalmatia. The Dragon Bridge is one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau architecture of bridges in the world. The motif is remarkable because of the red and white coatof arms. Whichfirst appeared on the sceptre made of sliver around 1500.
